In a recent survey, 90% of chapter leaders in California worry about the future of their chapter, especially in program impact and membership growth and diversity, but don't know the steps to take to plan and guide their future. Strategic Planning is the strongest tool for a Board of Directors to plan the future of an organization over the next 3-5 years. Our expert Paquita Bath of Aligning Visions, and our Chapter Network Team will have kick-off face-to-face sessions in Strategic Planning in Northern and Southern California, followed by six months of expert guidance to reach the Strategic Planning goals you set in the initial meeting -however and whenever you want to work - email or other online communications, telephone conferences just for your chapter or with others working on the same issues -to get you to your written Plan and how to use it.
